| Much cooler week ahead for Colorado Springs Wind gusts could be as high as 45 mph, the weather service said. El Paso and Teller counties along with parts of Fremont County are on a hazardous weather outlook Monday due to strong winds winds and light snow in mountainous areas. Monday night's low temperature of 14 degrees is forecast.
