| Cop, T-shirt designer raise money for fallen deputies' families Otto is a police officer and the owner of a firearms business called Full Otto Tactical. He has teamed up with Luke Burton, the owner of Huston Graphics and Printing to create a fundraiser for the family of Zack Parrish. Parrish, a Douglas County Sheriff's deputy, was killed over New Year's weekend.
