| Power outage on NE side of Colorado Springs impacting nearly 2000 COLORADO SPRINGS - 10:41 P.M. UPDATE- Initial reports were that an accident caused the outage. Colorado Springs police just corrected their previous reports to the outage caused the accident. The vehicles failed to treat an intersection as a 4-way stop. The cause of the outage is still unknown.
